So Lena, what’s your expertise in?
I specialize in video strategy and creative production, with a strong expertise in YouTube. I'm energized by crafting engaging content and developing inventive strategies to optimize social video performance.


How did you get here? What steps did you take to end up here?
I started my journey with YouTube in my time with the company Magoosh, where I grew their channels to over 22 million views. In doing so, I learned the ins and outs of the platform, experimented with different techniques, and gained valuable insights into what works and what doesn't. 
 

What fuels your creativity?
Curiosity and caffeine. I'm deeply interested in video and regularly fall down research rabbit holes. Keeping aware of new ideas, trends, and tactics lets me always bring a fresh angle to my work.


What makes you different from competitors/peers in your field?
I've spent the majority of my career working in fast-paced tech startups. Thanks to that background, I've learned the value of designing creative campaigns and YouTube strategies to serve defined business goals.


How would you describe your style?
My style can be best described as a blend of creativity, positivity, and precision. With a positive attitude and unwavering attention to detail, I ensure that every aspect of a project is flawlessly executed. Clients can relax, knowing that I've got their back and will deliver exceptional results that exceed their expectations.
