Our 2025 Marketing Tool Lineup

Marketing your business is a lot of hard work - there are a TON of things you can do on your own/implement manually BUT there are endless tools out there. Now the actual hard part is knowing which ones to use and pay for.

Here are the top tools we are looking at and using this year for our clients:

  • Rue + Fitworthy are two great websites to look into if you are looking to gift products for events or sponsor events. These tools connect event hosts and brands.

  • The Lobby allows creators and influencers (all vetted people with over 2k followers - their current roster is 13k creators) to shop your brand. They can apply (or you can invite people as well) to do gifting or paid collaborations. All gifting (and paid collabs) require posts - so no more worrying about who will actually post if you send them a gift. PRO TIP: Work with us to manage and list your brand on The Lobby. Brands have to pay $1,000 a month to use the program but we get a hefty agency discount - so your costs for the tool + management is the same as(or LESS) than just using it on your own. Interested? • Video Shops - A lot of our clients are getting set up on this. This tool allows creators/influencers to create content for your brand, then you pay commission based on sales they drove - essentially an affiliate program but seems more appealing to every day creators/influencers. Kale Card is another great tool where you can post challenges for creators to accept, then they get paid.

  • We do have an Influencer List service here - but if you want to build the list yourself (you will still have to comb through all of the names/check out profiles to verify, etc) Rytyty is an affordable option to come up with lists of influencers based on other influencers you like.

  • We have recently been using Home from College for a lot of our clients who want affordable UGC, to build college ambassador programs, and on-campus content.

  • Our influencer programs are picking up for most of our clients, and manual management is time consuming. We are moving over to Mighty Scout to manage these programs and handle analytics/reporting for their content.

  • Sprout Social - Our go to for social media post scheduling and analytics

  • A lot of our clients have limited budgets for photoshoots. Outside of free stock photography three of our go-to resources are: Packsia, Death to Stock, and Unsplash+

  • Figma - Our go to resource for ourselves and our clients when creating designs for social media, email, etc.
